Die cut handle paper bags feature a larger reinforced turnover top compared to other paper bags. The grip holes are punched at a customizable distance from the turnover top crease, taking technological requirements into account. This design provides additional strength and durability, making them ideal for carrying heavier items.
Die cut handle paper bags are ideal for conveniently packaging products on the go. They offer unique handle designs that make a strong visual impact. They not only serve a functional purpose but also enhance the overall presentation of your products.
Die cut handle bags are incredibly sturdy. The bag body is made from paper or paperboard, with a material thickness usually around 200 to 300 gsm. To increase strength and reliability, reinforcing layers are added inside the bag’s bottom and under the turnover top. These layers are permanently glued to the body material, with bottom pieces having a thickness of at least 350 gsm (customizable). The turnover top reinforcement is approximately 700 g/sq.m (customizable). per side. This extra support ensures the bags maintain a high-quality standard and can handle heavy loads.
You can customize the size, paper type, and printing options (such as CMYK or Pantone printing for exact color match). Luxury finishes are also available, including foil blocking, foil embossing, foil debossing, blind embossing, blind debossing, or spot UV. Various coatings like matte, gloss, or soft touch lamination can be applied.
Besides the standard oval-shaped die cut handles, we offer bespoke die cut handle shapes to meet your specific needs. We have ready tooling for standard-shaped grip holes, and for a more sophisticated look, we can create custom-shaped die-cut outlines with specially ordered tooling.
